Job Title: Brand Co-Ordinator (Fashion) Reports to: Brands Manager Division: Airfreight Department: Fashion Logistics Location: Heston Hours: 40 hours per week Purpose of the Job: First point of contact for leading fashion brands on E. comm-Wholesale-Retail Key Relationships: Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain departments Key Responsibilities and daily Tasks: Daily liaison/ communication with the global brand by email/phone/person. Interacting with global transport partners. Daily tracking of inwards goods by way of brands critical path either through ACS transport or third party Product responsibility/security whilst goods are in Heston warehouse/stock control. Ensuring brand concerns/issues are dealt with effectively, efficiently and immediately. Converting files/downloading into formats that are workable in a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Controlling in-bound products for purpose of Goods Received Notes (GRN) Raising pick tickets, issuing into warehouse, Confirmation of picks completed, Packaging dims recorded, Paperwork for outgoing goods is compliant, Dispatching. Reporting manifest is complete and forwarded to customer showing all daily processing for E. comm/Wholesale/Retail. Maintain all WMS files that relate to the brand in order to pass data to all/any requesting if/when required by brand or ACS. Accuracy of end of month reports EP against actuals for the purpose of invoicing/billing. Undertake any other duties commensurate to the job as may be reasonably required Criteria Essential Criteria Desirable Criteria Selection method A = Application Form I = Interview T = Test Education / Qualifications Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent Experience Required Experience of working in a busy environment Experience of providing excellent customer service Experience of HIGH-END FASHION for Wholesale/Retail and E-commerce Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) scanning/picking/packing Experience of Managing a small team of floor staff Experience with Courier/Carrier (Domestic and Global) Competences (Abilities / Skills/ Knowledge) Ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts both verbally and in writing Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team Proven IT skills WMS, MS packages word and excel Attention to detail Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines and provide a service level beyond the normal Ability to work on own initiative Personal Qualities Flexible approach to working practices Positive attitude Occasionally unsocial hours of work Willingness to undertake further self-development/training Skills
