Responsibilities: Designing RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions (Robotic Operating Model). Configuring new RPA processes and using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Creating and maintain solution documentation. Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. Creating, documenting and executing test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. Supporting the operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases. Actively participate in Scrum Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) Qualifications: 2 to 4 year experience with Blue Prism. Should have used it in actual implementations Certifications on Blue prism will be advantageous. Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to interview business users and stake holders, gather business process details and identify solution requirements. Facilitation skills for leading business users through a set of actions in order to achieve a desired outcome for improving the current way of working. Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs. Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a nontechnical audience. A working knowledge of business processes and the ability to understand new business processes. An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be The ability to conceptualize RPA solutions and understand the prescribed RPA design architecture. An understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram. An aptitude for logic and mathematics. Solid end user computing skills, for example intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not required. The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind. An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error. A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
