What is your mission? You are required to perform these job functions: Update and maintain employee data to ensure data integrity and accuracy employee records. Provide timely admin support to wider HR group by publishing reports, managing transactional aspects of the employment life cycle (from Onboarding to Offboarding). Support day-to-day HRIS operations including system setup and customization, HRIS issue resolution and enhancement management, system upgrades. Create training materials, user guides, job aids, reference documents, and conduct system training to system users. Facilitate Teledirect HRIS process walkthroughs/workshops to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. Support configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams for internal projects. Who are we looking for? BA or BS degree minimum educational attainment At least 1-2 years working experience as system admin / HR admin Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR Information Systems Who is TDCX?
