1 To perform declaration Customs form - Kastam 8 (K8), Kastam 9 (K9), Permission Request Slip (PRS) and also to perform declaration Consolidated Statement (CS) on behalf of consignee. 2) To monitor and ensure the K8, K9, PRS and CS is being declared within the stipulated time to avoid penalty from Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC). 3) To ensure that MT container arrive warehouse before vessel opening. 4) To ensure laden container gated-in port before vessel closing time. 5) To communicate with Port Klang runner on release of export container. 6) To provide end month report to Department Head for billing purpose. 7) To provide and assist customer solution etc: CUSTOMER SERVICE. 8) To assist/back up immediate superior in day-to day operations. 9) To liaise with external parties i.e Carrier/Liner/Port Terminal/Haulage/Depot. 10) To liaise with RMC mostly at Customs branch office pertaining to the declaration matters. 11) To assist/back up daily day-to-day operations other colleague (leave or MC) 12) To ensure proper filing Customs documentations in order. 13) To prepare billing invoice to Customers before closing date. Requirements: 1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, International business,Business administrative,transportation or an related field. 2.Minimum 1 year experience in handling custom declaration process. 3.Willing to work at Klang. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM2,800.00 /month Benefits: Performance bonus 13th month salary Transport allowance
