We require a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our IT team to provide 2nd line IT support to both staff and students, diagnose hardware or software issues for Windows and server environments and configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer desktops, laptops, mobile phones and Avaya equipment. Undertaking general housekeeping duties on College computer systems and installing and testing computer hardware/software and telecommunications equipment, you will run the IT Services Helpdesk when required and ensure that all computer rooms, equipment and materials are maintained in accordance with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations as appropriate. We are looking for an individual with strong experience in an IT support role who can demonstrate skills in the following: Windows Server administration 2012/16 including Active Directory Microsoft Hyper V environment Windows Desktop OS Cisco switch infrastructure Meraki wireless network infrastructure Salto Access Systems Networking Avaya VOIP Telephone System Microsoft Office 365\SharePoint Closing date: 13 March
