Provide overall management guidance to Operations and Manufacturing to ensure that shipment plans / customer delivery schedules are met with Partner with MD / CEO in the development of strategies for penetrating emerging markets. Strategize and implement plans for achieving the targeted TL/BL numbers, slated capacity utilization, product output within the budgeted cost, time and delivery parameters. Implement manufacturing operations strategy in alignment with company plan and customer needs. Key Skills Required Should have a self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients. Lead by example and keep the team motivated at all times. Shoud have managed Manufacturing Head role for a company with turnover of 5000 crores or more before. Independent and self-motivated, yet also team-oriented. Should be responsible for managing the premium on premise accounts of the region.
