Roles & Responsibilities Engineer will be part of the Voice network operations Team. The Team is responsible for maintaining and deployment of voice solutions and managing the client’s voice network and related voice and collaboration applications. The engineer is expected to function as the high level technical support and escalation for voice related issues, incidents and initiatives. Support and trouble-shooting of voice services and connected systems. Responsible for tasks, such as installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting voice communication systems. Provide VoIP and Trader Voice services support. Provide VoIP and network incident and problem management. Excellent team player with ability to coordinate and cooperate with others and provide junior Team member mentoring Successful candidate must have a fair understanding of Openscape Voice, Openscape contact center, Xpression, Openscape Deployment service, Openscape SBC, Polycom DMA, RMX, Cisco VCS, Cisco Jabber. Should have worked in operations handling critical incidents. Experienced with the configuration and support of Video conferencing systems, Telepresence, Gateways, Gatekeepers and Media servers. Hands-on experience on Cisco Polycom system is must. Experience with using network diagnostic and monitoring tools for the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of issues for VoIP, Video systems and Contact Center applications. Implementation of contact center skills based routing flows. Experience with implementing and supporting Workforce Management, Call Recording/Quality Monitoring, and Forecast Scheduling. Experience supporting large multi-site voice video networks and complex dial plans. Knowhow of network components routers, switches, firewall, proxy, load balancer. Good understanding of QoS markings, codecs, H.323, SIP protocols, UDP protocols. Good experience with contact center reporting and statistics. Fair understanding of VMs. Good Communication Skills Experience using wireshark for capturing and analysing trace. Experience working with ticketing system like CISM ITIL certification or experience is desirable Scripting and programmin skills CCNA collaboration certification
