Requirements 1+ years of experience at lead generation via the Internet, LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, and etc; Good understanding of terminology for software development; Ability to handle monotonous work, while being creative; Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills; Excellent networking and communication skills; Upper-Intermediate English, both written and verbal. Good to have Experience in IT outsourcing company; Experience in sales through Upwork; Copywriting or article writing experience. Responsibilities and duties Generate qualified leads; Conduct research to identify potential prospects; Communicate with potential clients until further transfer to Sales Manager; Consistently add new and maintain existing leads in our CRM system; Report your lead generation activities on weekly and monthly meetings.
