What you'll do: We are looking for a Fund Services Manager with experience in the Asset Management industry in Asia to source and secure strategic partnerships, primarily with financial institutions. Establish and maintain strategic distribution partnerships with financial institutions in Asia Keep up to date with market needs and regulatory requirements, with primarily focus around Digital Assets Prepare sales and marketing materials for sales meeting, handle client enquiries Research on prospective and existing partners and maintain prospect/partner relationship profiles Provide regular management updates on sales progress and product market fit Collaborate with cross functional teams (incl. risk, legal and marketing) on market feedback and improvements to product market fit Who you are: At least 4 years of asset management or relevant financial services industry experience Experience in the setup and maintenance of institutional strategic partnerships from start through completion Understand the institutional investment marketplace and interest in financial markets Strong interest or experience working in the emerging Digital Assets industry or interest in Blockchain and Digital Assets/ Cryptocurrencies Affinity or experience in establishing and/or maintaining strategic business partnerships in within the technology and/or internet industry Experience and/or understanding of working within the cross border regulatory frameworks with regards to fund distribution in Asia Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with ability to advise and influence Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment, including the skill to prioritize and handle ad-hoc requests Self-motivated with a strong sense of business ethics and integrity Full proficiency in English, other Asian languages such as Mandarin appreciated Willingness to travel ( If this interests you, we would love to hear from you!
