Reporting directly to the Vice President - Commercial Ventilation, the Project Manager will be involved in variety projects with our CV products and solutions and provide ongoing support to assigned accounts across North America. This role provides support to assigned accounts including contractors, OEM Accounts, and Sale Representatives across North America. The Project Manager manages all sales activities and orders associated with his/her assigned accounts. The successful candidate is required to drive a positive, cost-conscious, customer focused atmosphere in the CV team and increase productivity through synergy, exuding the company values (Customer Empathy, Trust & Commitment). The successful incumbent will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, have effective time management skills and be able to multitask. Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with assigned sales reps Solve customers’ problems and provide good customer service Responsible for order entry and proper file documentation to support contracts Responsible for the project from time of start to closure Communicate project, spec and installation requirements to the engineering design team Review the requirements of the project to ensure that all applicable information is received from the client. Contact client for additional information if required Track, document and consolidate all project information Responsible for communicating any schedule changes to all stakeholders Manage contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs Manage and coordinate site visits, and sign off letters Post Order Management (i.e. billing, invoicing, field services and project close outs) Develop and cultivate relationships with end customers Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager to support the Project Management team Qualifications & Skills: University/ College degree in Engineering or more than 3 years equivalent experience in inside sales, or Project Management preferably with HVAC systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Strong computer skills in Excel, PDF and Word Ability to work in a fast paced, continually changing environment Strong analytical and organization skills Proven ability to work to deadlines and comfortable multi-tasking Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to build relationships ****PLEASE NOTE**** this is a 9 month contract with Swegon North America Swegon North America has an accommodation process in place that provides accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
