Team Lead - IT Support Required for a HRM Product Client at Chennai -Immediately:- < Interview Mode: Face to Face Job location: Chennai Budget: 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 Brief description: Responsible for the entire data center operation 24*7 should able to resolve the problems which are escalated from Level I/II/III engineers. Excellent technical knowledge and attitude in the areas of network, workstations, server 2016,2019, AD, DHCP, DNS, application software and Troubleshooting technics. Network: Experience in firewall, switches, TCP/IP, SNMP, IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS and SMTP. OS/ Application knowledge: windows 2016/2019 server, Active Directory, Exchange 2012/2016 and Hyper V. Desktop: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Outlook and Printers. Installing and managing active directory, DNS and DHCP severs in Windows 2016/ 2019. Strong knowledge in Application server (IIS, SQL server, file server, print server and email server). Strong Knowledge in Firewall, Hardware spam filters for Email maintenance. Experience in AV maintenance (Symantec endpoint protection). Hands on experience in Vendor management, incident management, asset management, reports, audits readiness etc. MS Exchange Administration. ISO 27001/SSAE18 process control and implementation. Microsoft 0365 Administration. Knowledge in Azure/AWS. Windows server Administration. Note: (i) Our client is looking at Immediate (or) Early Joiners.
