The Waste Services Business Unit is an operational unit within Shire Infrastructure which provides domestic waste collection and disposal services to residents, and provides waste and cleansing services to council assets including town centres, parks and reserves, and public facilities. Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Waste Technical Services, you will assist with the implementation of Council’s waste minimisation programs and to deliver tailored projects that maximise resource recovery. The position also provides a key customer service role in providing technical advice and support in response to customer and staff inquiries both internally and externally. You will have experience in delivering and evaluating education programs for diverse audiences, demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and provide outstanding customer service.
