The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to customers, self-motivated, and have a four year college degree. Prior customer service experience is not required. The selected candidate will receive product training and attend a weekly customer service meeting. If you are motivated and want to start a career with a rapidly growing company, we want you to apply! Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Salary: $21.63/hr ($45,000/year) Location: Reno, NV (Lemmon Valley) Responsibilities include: Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner Filtering customer calls and entering information on task sheets Placing customer orders Setting up customer returns Answering basic product questions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to remain calm during escalated situations Independent and thorough decision making Benefits: Benefits – 401K with company match, life insurance, vacation days, sick days, great medical, dental and vision.
