Whether your interests would be in Operations Management, Procurement, Ops Analysis, Scheduling & Planning, Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Engineering, you will be given rounded exposure to all areas supported by a wide range of experts in their field. Working on a two year training contract with rotational placements, you will deliver day to day tasks and projects, that will support you towards achieving your Incorporated Engineering status (or equivalent professional membership). What are we seeking? A logical and methodical thinker with a positive approach to problem solving The ability to react positively to challenges and deliver under pressure A passion for high-performance/quality manufacturing and innovation with the drive to identify improvement measures A positive mindset and a proactive attitude with a high level of self-motivation to deliver excellence An ambitious and self-reliant Graduate with excellent organisational skills who is driven to deliver To be considered for this opportunity you must have: At least a 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in business/Supply Chain/engineering/manufacturing/materials degree or similar Desirable but not required: Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or using SAP What you'll get in return A two year training contract, rotational placements across the business, a dedicated programme sponsor, further development opportunities, incremental salary increases during training and support in achieving Incorporated Engineering Status (or equivalent professional membership).
