This is a key position at company’s headquarters at Singapore. The selected candidate will ensure smooth running of data processing systems and networks at the corporate headquarters’ besides efficiently running company’s Management Information System in complete harmony with Sales and warehousing divisions. The main functions will be: - Develop and maintain broad knowledge of company’s business, technology requirements and needs. Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security. Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness. Plan and manage software and hardware installations. Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times. Provide customer support for OS issues, network problems and software installations, etc. Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise. Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently. Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met. Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems. Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems. Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity. Ensure efficient working of Management Information System by leading team of order processing personnel and ensuring that all orders are executed promptly and accurately. Regular data reporting & inventory analysis and generating monthly reports on Purchase & sales. Required Academic Qualification & Skills: Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with bachelors in Finance, Accounting, computer applications, etc. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience. Proficient in ERP preferably in Accpac system or other related data processing system. Proficient in IT related hardware & software systems. MCSE and ITIL Certification. Experience with designing, implementing, and configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring LAN / WAN Systems. Plan and manage regular routine maintenance. Implement system security policy. Strong technical expertise with multiple elements of the technology stack. Ability to effectively communicate with users and vendor support. Exposure and Knowledge Practical knowledge & hands - on experience in managing server applications like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, NTFS Permission, Group Policies etc. Backup in new environment inclusive domain controllers, Group Policy, file/print and user account management. Strong experience in 2012,2008 Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Exchange 2007, SQL Server. Good understanding on Server, Backup and Storage infrastructure. Hardware knowledge on HP/IBM/Dell High End Servers. Thorough knowledge on Incident, Change and Problem Management. Good Knowledge on Microsoft Server and Client OS. Good Knowledge on Mac OS. Good Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Spam Filter. Basic Knowledge in Networking. Basic Knowledge in Firewall. Basic Knowledge in SQL Server. Basic knowledge on Linux operating systems. Knowledge on virtualization and Cloud concepts. Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Server, Desktop, Backup and Antivirus. Personality Ability to take ownership of an issue and drive it to resolution with minimal direct oversight. Participate in project planning, design, implementation and documentation initiatives. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
