The HR Generalist provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for monthly reporting, answering the HR Hotline and inbox, coordination of meetings and events, managing FMLA and Workers Compensation programs, and a variety of special projects. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
