Logistics Jr. Associate The Role We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and ambitious Logistics Associate, at our Los Angeles, California office. Sunbit is a new point of sale financing product that offers financing in stores throughout the US. We are a fast-growing startup that needs someone to help keep our growth fast and organized! Your job will be to assist with the set-up of new activations. This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, driven, and organized professional who has demonstrated he/she is able to execute projects, problem-solve and work with multiple shifting priorities. Job Description Prepare boxes of supplies for activations Manage inventory of supplies Organize supplies in the office Shipping supplies all over the US Follow up the deliveries Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the operations Experience / Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly / helpful / organized demeanor Entry level in office logistics role Working knowledge of office processes Experience with Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proven problem-solving ability with long-term view – able to not only resolve issues quickly, but analyze and evaluate information to develop robust, comprehensive long-term solutions if needed Ability to manage competing demands and handle frequent change or unexpected events Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
