Responsibilities Assist Property Manager to provide quality property management services in a government premises Lead a team of front line operational staff (e.g. security guards, cleaning workers, labourers, workers, etc.) to provide quality services for clients Maintain the conduct and discipline of all subordinates in daily performance Promptly respond to emergencies and report to relevant parties on time Handle complaints and enquiries from clients Work closely and establish good relationship with clients Perform office administrative duties and other duties as required by the head office Qualification and experience Tertiary Educated preferred Possess at least 3 years of experience in property management (with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in property management) Possess a certificate or above in property / facility management from an accredited post-secondary college or related discipline preferred Be a good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, mature, proactive and well-organized Be able to work independently and under pressure Have good command of Chinese and English Have fair computer knowledge in MS Office and Word Processing Possess valid Security Personnel Permit with QAS certificate or equivalent Possession of first-aid certificates is preferred Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Management Officer Working Location: Hong Kong Region For application, please send full resume with expected salary to 43/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queens Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong or e-mail to: [email redacted, apply via company website] (Attn: Ms. Au-Yeung) All data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only and will be destroyed after three months.
