They are a growing, energetic and friendly team of professionals. They are a close-knit company that's seeking an experienced Sales professional to thrive in a fast-paced sales role. As a Sales Representative, you will promote company products with a positive focus on customer service. You will go through regular training to increase your knowledge of swimming pools and the various products our client offers to ensure your knowledge is superior. The Role & Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain new and existing customers for company products · Qualify, book appointments and convert leads into sales · Actively identify opportunities to grow company business and product sales · Develop and follow call objectives for all sales · Focus on following up with potential customers · Must be able to close the sale · Maintain high standard of knowledge with company product ranges · Monitor and report to Management competitor activities, pricing, products and sales performance · Ensure all records for prospective customers and leads are accurate and kept up to date · Work collaboratively with Sales Manager on developing a sales strategy for your territory · Meet sales targets and deadlines Skills & Experience · Minimum of three years of field sales experience · Ability to ask the questions and close the sale · Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed · Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong administration skills, experience with a CRM is preferred · Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel · Competent and timely organisational skills · Must be willing to work independently in the territory allocated · Demonstrate sound presentation, networking, negotiation and influencing skills · Be passionate about the swimming pool industry · Flexible to work weekends and evenings when required · Hold a valid driver’s licence Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year Experience: sales: 2 years (Required) Licence: Australian driver's (Required) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required) Benefits: Performance bonus Flexible work arrangements
