Job Summary Sumax Engineering Pvt. Ltd required Sr. Executive MIS with accounts back ground. Responsibilities and Duties The MIS Executive will be responsible to Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Extract raw files from various data repositories, split and prepare the reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Extracting daily call logs for the sales team from the calling software, preparing charts/reports and send to the individual person as Call Reports Analysis. Monitor the calling software, VOIP service, call quality and address to the IT department if any issue found. Manage the sales database audit the database and make sure that it is well maintained. Filter and clean data by reviewing various tools/applications used by us and maintain the data up to date. Key Skills Telugu , Hindi & English, Accounts knowledge Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum Graduation 5 years of Experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹27,000.00 /year Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Industry: Electrical Engineering
