Who are we? STUDYNET Pty Ltd is an International Education and Migration consulting company, specialising in providing online and face-to-face educational and professional information for potential students, or professionals' individuals from a wide number of countries in the world. Studynet was established on the 6th of March 2012. The opening of STUDYNET in Sydney has grown from one office to nine offices in five countries, with over 50 dedicated team members. We acquire our clientele by teamwork and striving continuously to improve our services. Responsibilities: · The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. · Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built and implement contingency plans · Working closely with IT team and executive management · Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe · Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation · Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking EXPERIENCE: · 3 yrs. of strong experience Joomla plug-in/integration/development experience. · 3 yrs. of E-commerce experience. · 3+ yrs of software design and development experience. · 5 yrs of PHP development experience. · Experience with code debugging. · Proven experience of working within a deadline-driven environment. · Full stack experience in UI/UX. API building SKILLS: · Strong PHP 7 skills and knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles · Familiar with front-end stack (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue) · Excellent English communication skills · A true team player EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computing Job is paid on an hourly basis or permanent full time Candidates must have unrestricted working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply for this role.
