Deputising for our Head of Income Maximisation you will work alongside our highly skilled Income Team Leaders to ensure that all income colleagues are working effectively and consistently to reduce debt whilst providing an excellent customer experience. You will have a varied and interesting role, with responsibility for driving continuous improvement across our income services; delivering targeted and outcome focussed improvements that will reduce debt and further enhance the experiences of our customers. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the accurate and timely calculation of all rents and service charges across Stonewater, as well as leading our team of income administrators who support delivery of our income service on a day to day basis. The role: To analyse areas of service improvement and efficiencies across customer service and income collection to ensure our national income team is high performing, customer centric and engaged. To ensure that effective processes are in place for assessing and managing risk. To manage our team of Income Administrators ensuring they are providing support to the Income Team Leaders and Income Officers. To manage and deliver the Annual Rent Review ensuring that the organisation meets its regulatory requirements. To manage and support the business on Service Charge Setting. The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record of working within an income management or data and analytics environment. Excellent analytical skills to support targeted and informed strategic and operational decision making. Knowledge of housing law, particularly in relation to legislation and regulations on rent setting, service charge setting and income collection. The ability to lead and manage a high performing team to deliver on deadlines and targets. The ability to produce reports for all levels of the organisation to ensure that the data can be understood and applied to improve performance.
