This is an opportunity to join the busy Housing Options team. To provide intensive support and assistance to clients who are entrenched rough sleepers. The posts have been funded through the Rough Sleeping Initiative Grant Funding and will provide intensive one to one support to clients with complex support needs and chaotic lifestyles who currently find it difficult to secure and maintain accommodation. This position will require a DBS and a Value Based Interview. About you You will have: The ability to work on your own initiative and flexibility in dealing with varying workloads. Ability to manage your own caseload including managing customers’ expectations, assisting customers to take steps to resolve their own housing need, attend multi-agency meetings in relation to your clients. You will have effective communication and negotiation skills who can engage with customers in a demanding environment in order to find solutions.
