We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Betting Services team based in either Singapore or Manila (although other locations may be considered for an exceptional candidate). You will need to be able to work in a challenging environment ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service throughout. Our work is mission critical; we are on the front line for our clients in delivering world class sports content for the purposes of consumer video and trading data delivery. This challenging role will require the individual to work as part of a global and regional team, but also on their own initiative and demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills throughout. The ideal candidate will need to prove their ability to work in a technical and sports content driven environment. HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF) Lead Client integrations pertaining to our products and have a strong technical background. Support the Betting Commercial team in recommending solutions and identifying opportunities. Work closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure effective service delivery. Work closely with the product teams to ensure continuous improvement is delivered and communicated. Manage and track Client activations to ensure proper administration is applied to Live and Trail accounts. Manage Client integration issues and ensure continuous improvement is supported against respective support divisions and product lines. DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS? 2 years minimum experience in a technical web-based environment (streaming & data services) Technical knowledge working with Video and Data API’s. Excellent communication skills. Effective troubleshooting and problem solving. Can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team. Experience working with Commercial teams. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD THESE DESIRABLES TOO Product Management exposure and methodologies. A general understanding concerning the global sports calendar.
