What You Will Do ---------------------- Conduct research and develop solutions to integrate Starmind with our customers systems ensuring seamless workflows to the end user You consult our customers on best practice when integrating Starmind with their IT landscape You work with the AI and CSM teams to identify learning sources for the Starmind platform You will produce insights for internal and external customers using SQL You are the technical contact for both our customers and our CSM team You will help shape our technology based on your experience as our Jr Solution Architect You will produce clean, solid code to automate processes using Python or NodeJS Carry out system administration as required Consult with internal and external customers to discover their needs and create solutions You will learn, learn and learn some more What's In It For You? --------------------- Being part of a dynamic, young company where input is welcomed and acted upon Working in a multi-cultural environment with some of the most talented people in the market Being granted a high level of personal responsibility and independence The possibility to have impact at a large scale, impacting the daily work of thousands of employees An excellent salary package and great benefits (e.g. Time Away, Flexibility & Convenience, Family Time, Personal Growth) Who You Are ----------- You have basic programming skills You have some awareness of Rest API's, SQL and web technologies Experience with Python or NodeJS would be a bonus Any experience with Linux would be a big plus You are eager to learn and experiment with new technologies You are confident dealing directly with internal and external customers You are a great communicator Reliable, responsible and able to work on your own initiative Fluent English is essential, German would be beneficial Where a computer science degree or similar would be great, this is not essential if you can demonstrate practical knowledge in the relevant areas.
