Star Aviation Services is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our growing corporate team at Sydney International Airport! The position is part-time (Mon, Wed & Fri) from 9am -3pm with parking included. It is a 2 month contract with the opportunity to extend! The Star Aviation team want to make a difference each and every day they come to work. We take pride in recruiting and fostering a highly engaged team of professionals to represent our brand and the brand of our customers. The role: This role sits within our Finance team and includes duties such as: Data entry and management Answering queries from employees and internal stakeholders Managing multiple Star Aviation email inboxes and coordinating with relevant stakeholders Liasing with external stakeholders; predominantly our third-party payroll provider What you'll bring: Administrative experience (minimum 1 year) Payroll experience (solid understanding of awards) Exceptional communication skills Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills Positive and friendly attitude Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure Advanced excel skills About Star Aviation Star Aviation is a privately owned business that provides professional and efficient ground handling services to domestic and international airlines within Australia.
