The right candidate will be an integral part of a privately owned and operated manufacturer and supplier of stairway systems, recognised as a market leader. The successful person will report to the Estimating Department Supervisor with primary responsibilities as of providing accurate and prompt sales administration and ensuring dispatch of stair drawings for production. The role also includes corporate concierge, being the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and guests to Stair Lock's Office at Elizabeth. The successful applicant will be be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes. Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with all customers and company contacts Has strong computer literacy with a comprehensive understanding Microsoft products High level data entry skills with an eye for detail Likes to deliver efficient and exceptional customer service 2-5 years office/administration experience Has experience in the building, construction or manufacturing sectors (advantageous) Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role.
