About the Role We are currently seeking Operational Team Members who are motivated and have a passion for customer service excellence. Your key duties will include: Ensuring our customers feel welcome by projecting a friendly and professional image; Greeting and serving customers in a timely manner; Assisting with all customer enquiries regarding products, services and promotions; Preparing beverages and food; Clearing and wiping tables, resetting furniture and maintaining customer amenities; Accurately processing sales through registers and balancing cash; Preparing and maintaining the bar for operations. About You You must have a current RSA & RCG Competency Card. Due to the nature of our work, you must also be flexible to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays (including overnight shifts up to 6am). You must be reliable, punctual and have immaculate personal presentation. Communication is important so you must be able to communicate well and work effectively within a team. Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded. However, what's most important is that you have a positive "can-do" attitude and have a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
