With the vast amount of growth and new store openings our training team needs new members. The right FOH training candidate is an outgoing and organized person that loves to teach and help build strong servers, bartenders and store leaders. You must be fun and energetic with a passion for engaging and WOW-ing our guests. The Store Opening Coordinators/Trainers are the primary point-person responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the opening of new locations on time, within budget, and in accordance to St. Louis standards. To achieve these important goals, the Store Opening Coordinator will assist with all facets of the opening and supervise the efforts of the Store Opening Trainers as well as the Team Members and Franchisee(s). They will also assist with the hands on Training of Franchisees and New Team Members hired and trained prior to each opening. This is a fulltime position that will require travel to our new store openings. Between store openings you will be going to existing locations to assist with training. You will be responsible for creating a culture change in the location and ensuring that the operation is able to function at a high level upon your departure. About My Location: The selected individual for this position will be travelling approx. 80% of the year for store openings for long periods of time. Please consider this before applying.
