Overview Srijan Technologies is looking for a hands-on IT Network & Infrastructure Manager to join our growing team. The IT Network & Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the design, installation and system maintenance of our IT infrastructure system. The IT Network & Infrastructure Manager will work closely with IT and other business groups to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in an infrastructure engineering and architectural role for a multi-site company Experience managing and negotiating contracts for telecommunication and network services Project management skills Experience working with physical & cloud based servers - Good to have OS Knowledge - Ubuntu, CentOS, Windows 8,10,7, Mac OS L3 / L2 switches preferably Cisco switches, VLANs, routers, Firewalls preferably Pfsense Experience with server racks, patch panels, and Uninterrupted power supplies. Familiar with Cloud computing security Analysis and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work and coordinate with other groups. Strong understanding of the business impact of IT tools, technologies and policies Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the IT organization, management and business personnel. CCNA/CCNP Responsibilities Manage a team of Network & System Administrators to maintain the company’s IT Infrastructure Ensure continuous availability and performance of IT environment Hands-on planning, design, implementation and operation of all IT infrastructure systems across multiple company sites Manage and implement secure WAN/LAN/VPN solutions Networking (Cabling, network equipment) Maintaining LAN and WAN (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Access Points) Thorough knowledge in setting up firewall & managing rules Managing ISP’s Monitor network and systems performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues Must be able to setup necessary metrics and logs for actively monitoring the health of infrastructure and its availability Manage physical and virtual servers on premise and in Azure/AWS/GCP - Good to have Add users to a network and assign and update security permissions on the network. Ensure that employee workstations/Laptops are working efficiently and stay connected to the central computer network or internet Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Maintain system and network devices patching and updates Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. Control and monitor user access to the systems. Knowledge on ACL configurations for System and Network devices. Knowledge on configurations for open-source development platform. Knowledge on Https, TCP/IP, IPSEC configurations Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, SSL certs. Manage and participate in the implementation of IT goals, objectives and priorities Manage vendor relationships Create and maintain IT policies and procedures Comply with corporate and audit controls – ISO 27001, GDPR etc Conduct security and compliance related scans, remediating vulnerabilities and other findings as necessary. Respond to end user requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically Manage & assign IT service request tickets to administrators to ensure resolution are provided as per the SLA Ensure project teams comply with current infrastructure standards, policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Must be well organized and willing to document change management requests and network architecture designs. Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases. Able to travel between branch locations when necessary.
