Job Responsibilities: (i) Collate inputs and requirements from Bt Canberra stakeholders; Request for budgetary quotations from vendors; Draft Tender Documents; Evaluate Tenders (ii) Collate inputs and requirements from sport centre user; Request for budgetary quotations from vendors; Draft Tender Documents; Evaluate Tender and assist in project management of demolition and installation of new high mast (iii) Collate facilities and maintenance data from various sources for in-depth studies e.g. data comparison & analysis; Coordinate site visits for the taskforce to learn about FM best practices from industry players and statutory boards; Conduct literature search for local/ international standards, regulatory requirements, industry practice norms, vendor recommendations, and etc. related to the servicing, preventive maintenance, and cyclical replacement of building systems and components; Review current maintenance and cyclical replacement regime of ActiveSG facilities; Benchmark against others and propose improvements via the development of the FM Book of Standards; Assist taskforce to prepare papers, and presentations to share findings and proposed initiatives for implementation with management Job Requirements: Able to commit on short notice Comfortable with fast-paced work Comfortable with contract role Dynamic go-getter
