Make a difference to sport in Nova Scotia Become a Communications Coordinator Sport Nova Scotia is seeking a detail oriented, self-starter with strong writing skills and the ability to work in a multi-project environment to fill the full time position of Communications Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager of Public Relations and Communications, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible to provide communication support including writing, editing, and managing social media platforms for Sport Nova Scotia. The Coordinator will also be responsible to provide communications support to provincial sport organization members and the Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Public Relations. This candidate will also have experience in Microsoft Suite, digital communications including social media, media relations and crisis communications, writing in various forms (e.g. profiles, features, news releases, corporate publications, online, etc.) and editing.
