Spirit Ridge Resort - Unbound collection by Hyatt is seeking to fill a Guest Services Agent. Guest Services Agents are responsible for creating an iconic guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while creating the first and last impression for our guests. As a Guest Services Agent this position is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, processing payments and communicating information to our guests and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded. Guest Services Agents are expected to know resort amenities and interact with guests at every opportunity. Guest Services Agents contribute to the hotel's commitment to the excellence you know, the adventure you don’t. Guest Services Agents must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. Guest Services Agents should have previous front office experience as well as the ability to communicate well both written and verbally and must be computer literate with experience working with Opera advantageous. Flexible schedule is a must in this position including evenings, weekends. A desire to satisfy the needs of our guests in a fast-paced environment.
