Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Coordinate and interface with internal & external customers for transportation and delivery arrangements Schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress and communicate changes on job status. Ensuring all customers’ deliveries is fulfilled and drivers are aware of specific customers’ requirements Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of professional drivers with operational responsibilities to achieves the job specifications and complies with all relevant regulations and rules Ensure all records in the Transport Department are accurately updated Monitor & arranging of vehicles for periodic servicing, maintenance & inspections Any other tasks as assigned Requirement Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any discipline preferably with Certificate in Supply Chain / Logistics The ability to plan effectively ahead of schedule and to lead and control team of professional Prime Movers Drivers & drivers’ performance evaluations Familiar with Singapore road and traffic conditions Quick to resolve discrepancies and provide alternative solutions Good interpersonal, co-ordination and organisational skills Possess a positive work attitude and problem solving skills Meticulous and detail-oriented
