Our multi-disciplinary teams provide healthcare services to some of the most vulnerable people in our society, from diverse backgrounds, who present a full range of general, mental health and recovery concerns. Providing comprehensive administration support to the Nursing, Quality and Safeguarding Team the post holder will ensure that correspondence is responded to within specified times, track complaints replies through the system and maintain a number of databases. In addition, they will have responsibility for providing accurate and timely secretarial and administrative support to the Team. This will include providing admin support to meetings and supporting clinical governance and patient safety across Spectrum to the standards required by The Board, the Care and Quality Commission and International Standards Organisation. The post holder will be a team player expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills with colleagues, providing assistance and support where necessary. Exercise safe-keeping of all office equipment, which includes data held on work stations and adhering to high standards of confidentiality. There will be some requirement to attend meetings off site and some flexibility to working hours.
