SPECTRA is an ISO full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Head offices in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, Has an opportunity at our: Bradford Facility for: Customer Service Representative The successful candidate will beresponsible for building and managing the day-to-day relationships with customers and prospects. Also will be responsible for coordinating the costing preparation, quote submission and follow-up. The ideal candidate must be committed to delivering superior customer service, have excellent telephone skills and have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Job Type: Full-time Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Secondary School (Preferred)
