We're looking for a new ERP Application Consultant (Finance) to deliver new implementations and upgrade and optimize ERP business solutions for social benefit clients across North America. Whether you’re an experienced ERP (or similar) Application or Implementation Consultant or you’re currently working in finance/accounting and looking for a consulting role, we can’t wait to hear from you. Application Consultant (Finance): In this role, you’ll lead ERP implementation projects for our clients, and consult with them to find the best solution to meet their business needs. If you’re a senior level candidate, you’ll lead projects, and guide junior application consultants on configurations. If you’re a junior level candidate, you’ll have the guidance and support of senior application consultants to assist in consultations and with project management. Practically speaking, you will: Meet with customers to do a needs analysis and craft solutions based on this Travel to customer sites to assist with implementation, optimization/upgrades, and migration projects for Dynamics Business Central Handle complex configurations and manage 2-3 projects at a time, acting as the key point of contact during data migration and other projects Maintain strong relationships with the Sparkrock team and clients Liaise with the project manager on resource planning, and find and analyze gaps Conduct key user training Work with the client services team on escalated support issues as needed Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage timelines and keep projects moving forward You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have strong organizational and time management skills, and can manage multiple ongoing projects. You’ll also need to have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, so you can engage with clients and provide key user training. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships with our clients, and work collaboratively within our project teams. Qualifications: We are considering early career application consultants, as well as senior level application consultants, and salary will be commensurate with experience. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience working as an Application Consultant, implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central or similar level ERP solutions Experience or background in accounting or finance, with a strong technical aptitude Experience supporting clients through large-scale finance, HR, payroll, or ERP implementation, or working as an accountant or finance manager Post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or similar Valid passport and ability to travel freely within North America, and comfortable with approximately 15-30% travel Experience working in the not-for-profit, education, or government sectors (an asset) Any accounting designation (e.g., CPA) or Microsoft certifications would be an asset Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (an asset) Working with Sparkrock: You’ll earn a competitive base salary, health benefits, paid vacation time, and an annual education development budget.
