In short, that is the task of the Human Resources department at AG. To achieve our ambition, we need, among other things, fluent HR processes, well-functioning tools and qualitative data. The 11 HR colleagues ensure this. And to strengthen this team, we are looking for an HR Reporting Specialist. Submit timely reports? Ensure efficient dashboards? Prepare a tailor-made decision-making report? You manage all these reporting aspects from A to Z! You can extract data from various structured or non-structured sources. But you can also consolidate and model them. In short, you convert raw data into clear information. And to visualize them, you control R and Power BI. You are in close contact with the users of your reports, both at HR and throughout the company. You understand their needs and translate them into decision-making reports. You also work with the IT department to design and implement solid and sustainable reporting solutions. You are involved in the choice of tools, architecture and data flows. This is you completely: Your greatest asset? Your analytical skills. You are a professional in data modeling, T-SQL and Power BI. You have experience with programming languages such as R and Python. In addition, experience with SSRS and VBA? Absolutely great! You are enthusiastic, proactive, structured... You even document your work. You like to work independently, but you also take others into account. You communicate fluently in Dutch and French. Do you already have experience in the financial sector? Or in the field of HR? Even better! You preferably have a degree in a mathematical, economic or financial direction. Other relevant experience is also great.
