Southern Housing Group are looking for a Home Services Manager who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward thinking organisation. Working within the Home & Property Team, the Home Services Manager will be responsible for owning and managing customer relationships in mixed tenure landlord services within a patch covering Hackney and Tower Hamlets. Job Description You will ensure services are aligned to customer and community needs in our patch in and around Hackney and Tower Hamlets and that Southern Housing Group leads in performance and customer excellence. The successful Home Services Manager applicant will exemplify an excellent, personalised customer first approach. They should demonstrate a proven commitment to taking ownership, creating innovate resolutions that improve service delivery and always maximising customer satisfaction. In addition, they will achieve annual objectives; meet customers' reasonable expectations and all appropriate statutory and legal requirements. They will deliver high quality, efficient services working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to demonstrate value for money in line with the Groups Corporate Strategy. This will be for a 6 month FTC/secondment. Required Skills & Experience Strong, extensive and proven background within customer service Strong experience of dealing with customer complaints and feedback Able to resolve issues A great communicator A fantastic team player Able to work in an agile way " travel is expected and ideally you will have access to your own transportation. What we'll offer you A very competitive salary of £34,000 - £36,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience 23 days holidays plus public holidays.
