As part of our Home Care team, this includes assisting our clients to remain living independently in their own homes by providing a full continuum of personalised, expert services that adapt and meet the needs of each individual client. What is a typical day in Home Care? In Home Care, two days are never the same with the opportunity to meet a variety of new clients and support their individual needs. A typical day may include: Personal care assistance, including helping with dressing and undressing, bathing, showering and grooming Social support and activities, including providing company and emotional support, driving to social events and activities Meal assistance, including shopping for ingredients to preparing and cooking meals Transport, including safely accompanying the client to appointments Help at home, including assisting with light domestic duties such as vacuuming, dusting and cleaning As this role is required to service our clients in their own homes, applicants MUST have a driver’s license, and car with comprehensive car insurance.
