Deputy Team Manager - Band 6, South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust has a rich history, well-established community links and an international reputation. (Central Wandsworth and West Battersea, and the East Team) The service is based at Spring Field Hospital, providing integrated health and social care to the local population. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills; an understanding of mental health needs, with a sound knowledge base, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure. The candidates must be proficient with information technology, with particular strengths in critical problem solving, and advanced decision making. Excellent interpersonal skills are considered essential. The work is challenging at times and we need someone who is committed, knowledgeable and creative at working through challenges in order for clients to receive excellent quality care. The team is committed to providing a service that promotes good service user experience. Previous experience of management is preferred however, transferable clinical and managerial skills will be seriously considered.
