The Role The HR Executive will have to run our end-to-end HR operations from employee on-boarding, engagement, to separation. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Drive top-notch day-one experience to new-hire on-boarding and seamless off-boarding experience Help drive the performance evaluation process in association with the HR Manager Ensure statutory compliance as it relates to HR Partner with the senior team members on various strategic initiatives such as organization and culture, transformation and succession planning, etc. Own and drive BGV, Insurance process and an SME in HR systems Drive employee relations through 1:1 interaction, company-wide townhalls, events etc. Timely reporting & MIS on all HR KPIs How You Will Grow: Soroco believes in supporting you and your career. The Candidate The ideal HR Executive is an enthusiastic person with an attitude to learn anything and a willingness to provide the highest level of professional service. Key Requirements and Qualifications: Approximately 1-3 years in HR (preferably at leading technology startups) An attitude to learn. Strong MS Office (especially MS Excel) skills Strong verbal and written English communication skills Multi-tasking ability Impeccable attention to detail Well-organized and systematic
