Respond to plant break-down including performing call-back duties when necessary. Formulate, manage, and execute cost-effective preventive maintenance program schedules. Monitor and manage spare parts stock. Maintain and manage to ensure maintenance records are accurate and updated. Liaise with internal (other departments or sections) and external parties (suppliers or contractors) to ensure maintenance works are executed within deadlines and cost. Ensure compliances of all maintenance personnel to company GMP, HACCP and other relevant standard and practices as per company and regulatory requirements. Implements Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance programmes to achieve company quality targets and standards. Trains and develop the people required, both in number and quality, to meet present and future needs. To be all charge of steam boilers, ensuring efficient, safe operation and effective preventive maintenance of boilers. To perform any other assigned duties deemed fit and appropriate for the position. Requirements: - Degree in Mechanical /Mechatronic/ Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering and related field. Preferably with 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Good leadership and communication skills are essential. Good technical background, trouble shooting and problem solving skill. Hands-on technical experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,600.00 to RM3,500.00 /month Benefits: Other
