Reporting to the training and organizational development manager, the incumbent supports and advises with respect to organizational development and training. He or she contributes to all the key stages of the talent development and management cycle. With the goal of contributing to achieving the firm's strategic objectives, the advisor deploys personal expertise in working with the different managers and their teams with respect to the organizational culture, i.e. recognition, engagement, performance management and leadership development. Responsibilities Training management Analyze the organization's training needs and identify the appropriate strategies based on needs and the organizational context; Design, develop and ensure implementation of different skills development programs, processes and systems; ensure upgrading of the learning pathways, training tools and assessment tools; Coordinate design and development of learning solutions, supervising the work of the content experts to develop effective training tools; Target and select outside suppliers able to meet training needs; supervise them and ensure follow-up throughout the mandate; Make use of new technologies (e.g. online learning tools) to foster and implement innovative learning solutions in a multi-site, international work environment. Organizational development Advise, support, partner and liaise with managers with respect to a range of human resources management practices, including work organization, team consolidation and mobilization, organizational structure, and analyzing the work climate in a context of growth and change; Identify and deploy employee mobilization strategies, including the engagement measure; Assess, analyze and structure skills-development needs in line with organizational changes; prepare and ensure follow-up of development plans with the different stakeholders; Participate actively in developing and deploying the human resources team's projects and initiatives, remaining alert to new trends in organizational development and training management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a relevant field; 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; CHRP designation (an asset); Mastery of English: spoken and written; Sound knowledge of online learning tools and their implementation; Ability to maintain a focus on the firm's objectives while carrying out mandates; Capacity for planning, analysis, synthesis and creativity in seeking proactive solutions; Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to a changing situation; Strong oral and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills; Excellent team player and collaborator; Ability to work in a multi-site (international) office environment; Mastery of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint; Available to travel occasionally.
