We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator with experience in working with safety programs. This position is located in our Acme, Alberta plant. Main job duties: Human Resources · Full cycle recruitment, this will include sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews with management/interview candidates when necessary · New hire orientations · Participate in job fairs · Post and keep job postings active · Employee investigations · Assist managers with documenting and delivering disciplinary actions, ensure these documents are filed and reported to senior manager · Quickly respond to third party agencies or other support staff · Support employee recognition program · Work with managers to ensure all employee training is complete and documented · Manage Employee Food Safety Culture Survey · Support management team with annual review process · Update weekly KPI results · All other administration duties as required Safety · Manage safety program · Create a positive safety culture in the plant · Monitor safety board and ensure required information is posted · Ensure that safety training is completed and documented · All government updates need to be communicated to all staff, update materials · Manage all WCB claims · All other administrative duties as required The successful candidate will: · Certificate or diploma in Human Resources or Safety Administration is an asset · Good time management and be able to prioritize with constant changes · Strong communication skills · High attention to detail · Have valid drivers license and own a reliable vehicle Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
