The Mechanical Engineer is technically proficient in handling the functions of advanced machineries. Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair or equipment. Mechanical Engineer - Responsibilities Assist the maintenance team with root cause failure analysis (RCFA). Design, develop, optimize and problem solve mechanical processes in a manner that meets safety, quality, and operational performance expectations Provide leadership and creativity in design, development, optimization and problem solving for tissue/towel manufacturing. Help in preparation of future projects and feasibility Preparation of schedule for projects and track implementation Help in preparation of project capex and create for project cost control During the execution of project functionally, coordinate all the help required for erection, installation of equipment and successful commissioning After commissioning of project focus on improvement areas of the plant and support the team to achieve targeted result. Mechanical Engineer - Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience 1-3 years of equivalent experience (open to recent graduates) Expertise across multiple technologies and will have a demonstrated ability to effectively provide specific maintenance work direction to a broad range of team members.
