About the role (HR Executive): SSE is a growing organisation with hiring requirements across 15 states in project execution, sales and head office managerial staff. We are looking for an HR Executive to lead Talent Acquisition for SSE - enabling us to attract new talent to the organisation in above mentioned fields. This role will also entail other HR activities such as Payroll processing, employee engagement activities and supporting Directors of SSE in improving overall employee satisfaction. Qualification & Experience: 1. 3+ years of HR experience 2. Prior experience working at a start-up or solar company preferred 3. Bachelor's degree required. Masters or advanced degrees will have higher weightage. 4. Result oriented attitude and collaborative approach Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: ₹30,000.00 /month Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Travel allowance Flexible work hours
