Job Summary The responsibilities of a Career Counselor are as follows: - 1. Help students understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling. 2. Maintain statistical data for all Education- related activities. 3. Forge robust and lasting relationships with the clients to derive the best outcome for them. 4. Help students set realistic academic and career goals and develop a plan to achieve them. 5. Evaluate students’ abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, interviews, and individual planning. 6. Research & Development Activities. 7. Identify and report possible cases of neglect or abuse. 8. Facilitating the interaction between students and universities to accomplish their higher education plans. Responsibilities and Duties 1.
