The Manager IT Infrastructure is responsible for the teams that determine architecture, design, implementation and support of all aspects of Hybrid-Datacenter cloud and facilities, PSTN/ WAN/ Internet provisioning, LAN connectivity and Application server provisioning; including managing the relationship with our Managed Services partner. The Manager IT Infrastructure will provide guidance on approach, architecture and design of infrastructure changes in support of all Infrastructure IMAC activity and more broadly the direction the company wants to take with respect to changing and expanding the corporate application toolset; including leveraging where makes sense the use of cloud services; all in the context of the overall IT roadmap. The Manager IT Infrastructure is also responsible for Collaboration platforms (MS Teams, O365). Responsibilities include engaging adequate internal and external people resources needed to support processes in place to ensure stable access and availability of all business applications needed by the corporation. To this end, the Manager IT Infrastructure will establish KPIs for all aspects of Infrastructure, agree with the IT Management team on performance benchmarks and manage the IT Infrastructure team (including managed service providers) to ensure KPI targets are met. As our Manager IT Infrastructure, you’ll drive: Ensure the correct processes are in place within the ITI team and outside suppliers (internal or external to the company) to keep the “lights on” for Hybrid Datacenter; including relevant KPIs to ensure performance and quality of service expectations are met. Ensure the correct processes are in place within the ITI team, Telcom carriers and Keystone to keep the “lights on” for Network/ Voice/ WiFi (Keystone Managed services); including relevant KPIs to ensure performance and quality of service expectations are met. Ownership of Collaboration Platform – MS Teams Provide oversight on Infrastructure IMAC Projects Manage & Coach team members completing small projects, administration and change tasks Role Requirements: A proven In-depth IT Infrastructure background 10 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure services with previous people management experience as a supervisor responsible for highly technically skilled Infrastructure experts. The ability to communicate well with highly skilled technical customer and executive level contacts. Excellent and proven problem-solving skills Excellent organization and Time Management A proven track record as a self-starter, and be able to manage expectations with a services team and with customers Strong leadership and communication skills As our ideal candidate you’ll also have: A drive for continuous improvement and strength of growth and development Previous experience presenting KPIs that measure infrastructure capacity and performance is as asset How Do We Hire Great People?
