Due to significant growth, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our close-knit marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing vital support to the Marketing team, particularly in the areas of sales team liaisons, trade support, retailer liaisons, consumer and retailer event and activation management, POS development and in-store presence. The successful candidate will: Provide support to the Sales team in relation to collateral, imagery, copy, product information, POS development and more; Manage retailer product sampling and consumer experiential activities; Work with the graphic designer to create collateral for the Sales team and ensure it is kept up to date with sufficient stock levels; Manage a POS and Print/Digital catalogue for the Sales team; Attend retailer meetings with the Key Accounts Sales Team to ensure great store synergies; Attend and run all trade events as necessary; Work closely with POS agency in developing ‘on brand’ POS that is bespoke to each retailer and capitalise on all retail level opportunities; Analyse sales data information and make recommendations; Create a calendar of trade events and promotions, linking it with the overall marketing calendar to identify synergies and opportunities; Require the ability to think laterally and work autonomously; and Work on other general Marketing duties as required.
